Since these services involve professional time, effort, expertise, and customized work, they generally cannot be returned once the work has started.

Before Work Begins

Before starting any project, we make reasonable efforts to understand your requirements.

Clients are encouraged to:

• ■ Confirm the scope of work.
• ■ Clarify any questions before approving the project.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Customized Work

Most of our services are customized according to each client's individual requirements.

Because customized work cannot normally be reused or resold, payments for completed customized services are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.

Once substantial work has started, cancellation may not result in a full or partial refund, depending on the work already completed.
